Solution Architect · AI & Power Platform
I'm a technologist with twenty years of database and enterprise data solutions — depth built through invention and direct application, not simply following established paths. Most organizations already own more infrastructure than they're using, so I consolidate what exists, make it AI-ready, and build agentic systems that turn enterprise data into immediate decisions.

13 years across Sales, Field Service, and Finance. Custom entities, plug-ins, realtime Copilot handoffs, AI-first net-new deployments.
Power Apps, Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse. I treat it like the enterprise nervous system most orgs never wire up.
Azure AI Foundry, GPT orchestration, streaming analytics, dashboards executives actually open.
Dataverse, SQL, and hybrid stores with auditing, lineage, and the boring resiliency that keeps CFOs calm.
XR experiments, adaptive canvases, Teams/SharePoint intranets, automations that talk back when something drifts.
Custom process dashboards, incident telemetry, AI copilots that surface what matters without another inbox.

Each tile is a surface where I activate, tune, and connect AI features — from Copilot summaries and prompt customization to cross-app agent handoffs. The goal is always the same: less context-switching, smarter automation, humans in control of the loop.
I configure Copilot to generate call prep briefs, customize opportunity summaries, and wire activity signals into AI-scored pipeline views — so reps know exactly what to say before they dial.
I tune Copilot case summaries, configure knowledge-source grounding, and set up AI-suggested responses — then connect the agent to Teams so bots and humans hand off without losing context.
I configure AI-assisted scheduling, enable Copilot work-order summaries, and connect IoT asset signals so the AI can recommend dispatch before a technician even asks.
I activate Copilot features for inventory forecasting and financial narrative generation, then route the data into Dataverse so Power Apps agents can act on it cross-app without re-entering anything.
I configure Q&A natural-language queries, set up AI-narrative summaries on report pages, and pipe semantic model signals back into Copilot so executives get answers without opening a dashboard.
I configure AI Skills and Real-Time Intelligence pipelines so models can query live operational data — giving agents grounded, up-to-the-minute context instead of yesterday's snapshot.
I configure Copilot meeting recaps, custom prompt extensions, and declarative agents published as Teams apps — so AI surfaces in conversations where decisions actually happen, not a separate portal.
I configure SharePoint as a grounded knowledge source for Microsoft 365 Copilot — setting sensitivity labels, search scopes, and content connectors so every AI-generated answer cites the right governed document.
I build on Azure AI Foundry to host, version, and monitor custom models, then wire them into Dynamics and Teams via Functions and Service Bus — so agents from different apps can call each other without leaving the security boundary.
I design and configure Copilot Studio agents end-to-end — custom topics, knowledge grounding, action connectors, and handoff logic — so the AI knows when to act autonomously and when to escalate to a person.
I configure Microsoft 365 Copilot settings, manage plugin and connector allowlists, and customize AI email drafting and summary features in Outlook — making sure the AI experience is consistent and compliant across the whole suite.
I embed AI Builder models and Copilot controls directly in canvas and model-driven apps — so users get intelligent form suggestions, document extraction, and agent prompts right inside the tools they already use.
I configure AI-powered flow triggers, use AI Builder for document processing inside flows, and chain Power Automate to Copilot Studio agents — creating multi-step automations where AI and humans pass work back and forth across apps.
Where I’ve built systems
Joined as the D365 expert, quickly pulled into AI integration, then into leading AI-first greenfield projects. Built Copilot Studio agents, Azure AI Foundry pipelines, and orchestration layers that connected Dynamics 365, Teams, SharePoint, and bespoke telemetry via custom Power Apps.
Ran end-to-end delivery for national + international clients (150-year-old manufacturer, DOD contractor, higher ed). Guided discovery → architecture → build → go-live while scaling the practice.
Eight years on a 160+ instance Dynamics 365 AMS estate. Built tooling to manage on-prem tenants, led the team keeping membership orgs online, and learned every edge case in the Microsoft stack.
Stood up the training department, authored curriculum, and built the FileMaker system that ran the business end-to-end. Builder instincts sharpened here.
Ran Apple Creative Studios sessions for pro apps and media workflows, tailored one-on-one labs for enterprise clients, and fed product feedback straight to Cupertino. Learned how to translate deep tech into approachable coaching at scale.
Rebuilt the donor/grant system from the FileMaker era into SQL-backed reporting, normalized two decades of philanthropic data, and shipped dashboards finance, audit, and program leads all trusted. Every career move since has been a louder version of that first data job.
Teaching & Speaking
3× invited speaker with extended session slots and standing-room audiences. I teach practical architecture: wiring Copilot Studio into live Dynamics data, building telemetry boards execs actually check, and keeping humans in the loop when AI agents start making decisions.
Credentialed Apple Creative Foundations Trainer. Built and delivered curriculum for creative professionals and educators before Apple published formal prerequisites. I’m comfortable turning hard tech into approachable instruction.
Authored the company’s entire training program from scratch — curriculum, delivery standards, evaluation. Every engagement included live teaching, white-glove workshops, and ongoing mentoring for technical teams.
Ran Temple University’s nonlinear film editing labs — training professors and students on Final Cut/AVID hardware pipelines, migrating production from chemical processes to digital, and building curricula other faculty could reuse.

Mentorship & Enablement
Hands-on enablement for client teams, internal architects, and partner orgs — pattern libraries, playbooks, and office hours so the system keeps evolving after hand-off.
