Solution Architect

Joined as the D365 expert, quickly pulled into AI integration, then into leading AI-first greenfield projects. Built Copilot Studio agents, Azure AI Foundry pipelines, and orchestration layers that connected Dynamics, Teams, PheedLoop, and bespoke telemetry.

Ran end-to-end delivery for national + international clients (150-year-old manufacturer, DOD prime, higher ed). Guided discovery → architecture → build → go-live while scaling the practice.

Software Product Specialist Team Lead

Eight years on a 160+ instance Dynamics 365 AMS estate. Built tooling to manage on-prem tenants, led the team keeping membership orgs online, and learned every edge case in the Microsoft stack.
